Can't seem to get over the hump

I have been watching my calorie intake for three weeks and have lost only 8lbs. I also have been to cardiovascular exercise at least 3 times a week for and average of 45 mins each time. But I can't seem to lose any more wieght. What am I doing wrong? Help!

You arent doing anything wrong. 8 lbs in 3 weeks is amazing! I was on a 1200 calorie, 1 hour of cardio daily and waterfit for almost 3 months before I even lost a pound. Keep doing what you are doing the weight will come off0
