I'm having chinese takeaway tonight and have no idea what the nutritional information is... Would you consider chicken chow mein a good option? just wondering

I typically get steamed chicken and broccoli or steamed shrimp and broc with white rice but if they dont have that i get chicken and broc with white rice and I skip all the apps no egg rolls or chicken fingers. If your still hungry won ton soup is pretty low in calories and fills you up really good!0

I'm getting a Chinese tonight too, and they helpfully have an H beside any healthy choices!
These include:
stir-fry dishes which aren't deep fried
Japanese Terriyaki
Udon noodle dishes
Chow Mein
