Hi All! My name is David.

This is my first 5 days of MFP. I really like this app because it helps me stay on top of my calorie counts and keep me accountable for what I consume. I try to stay on a strict diet with a very small budget since I am a poor college student.

I am currently doing Live To Fail program on DailyBurn.com. I highly recommend this website because they have many varieties of exercises that cater to your goal. My program (LTF) is helping me with strength training and lose weight. This program is 90 days, and I just finished my first week. My body is sore....

It would be a plus to get in touch with others that are using DailyBurn.com
