new pescatarian

Hello everyone,

I started with myfitnesspal last Sunday looking for friends, as well as friendly challenges. I am 45 yrs old. I have lost 123 lbs so far with 57 lbs more to go. I am a new pescatarian as well ( maybe 3 weeks in).

In January I challenged myself with a 15 day reboot. I lost 13 lbs and 19.75 inches from entire body. Now trying to maintain the losses and loose more this month. I am doing 45 min of yoga three days a week, plus 3 days of full cardio, and one mixed day. Weather permitting, I also walk 5 miles a day. I juice for breakfast and lunch on yoga days, and chew dinner. On cardio days I juice once a day, and eat super lean for two meals. Praying that this works to continue to burn excess fat.
