Hello! I've been on and off of MFP for a few years and I'm pretty good at tracking what I eat even if I don't log it. But right now I need some peeps to chat with and share stories with. I have no one to talk with about recipes or exercises irl and it's getting boring just me myself and I (and google).

I'm 5'4 (I think, I always forget) and 141.5 pounds. My goal is to lose 10 pounds of fat and gain some muscle by the start of summer. To do this I'm getting back into cardio and working on understanding lifting more. I'm still new at it so if anyone has advice/tips/get pumped music, I would greatly appreciate it.
