Hello, repeat offender here. I lost weight with MFP, gained it back over a stressful period, and am gearing up to re-start those healthy habits now that things are more stable again. I'm not starting anything extreme - no paleo diet, cleanses, Insanity workouts, etc. - just increasing activity and decreasing calories (and hopefully getting more of those calories from fruit and veg). Anyone else out there taking a similar approach? I could use a few friends to check-in with for accountability. Best of luck to anyone reading in their weight loss journey
