I need some advice or just ideas on what kind of excercise I should be doing. I'm broad shouldered and have PCOS I know I can't get rid of them but I want to do something that will allow me to lose weight but look toned. I know weights is the way to go but how do I keep from bulkin up my shouldes more :(
I'm 5'2 CW 199 GW 130 any advice would be greatly appreciated TIA

Focus on full body compound movements, squats, deadlift, pull ups, bench press and should press. More than likely, the width of your shoulders is based on how you carry body fat. If you’re not taking testosterone, it isn’t likely you’ll bulk up. Plus, I assume you’re eating at a deficit, which further leads to the fact that lifting won’t bulk you up.

dont worry about bulking up, women don't bulk up without a whole lot of work and "suppliments" Just do all over full body workouts, some cardio and eat right.
