Weekly goal?

I have been consistently eating around 1200 calories per day. What should my weekly loss goal be as of now? I have mine set at 1.5 per week, but I am wondering at what point should I put it 1lb per week? I have been feeling majorly discouraged this week due to it being my "time of the month" and I have been eating around 1250 calories for the last few days. Just wanting some advice :smile:

    ~1lb/week would be fine. 1.5/week is pushing it IMO, but if you don't have specific body composition goals and you aren't hungry then keep it up for another month or two.
