Can you get some protein shakes? They might help esp if made with ice cream.

You could make smoothie with frozen bananas, then blend in berries, seeds, and nuts. So yummy, so many calories!

Edit: Actually since you can't really chew, you might want to blend the nuts and seeds first to make sure you don't get chunks.

Drop the slimfast and get some quality protein drinks. Also, greek yogurt would be good. I saw today at the grocery store Dannon has a greek yogurt protein drink. Maybe have some smoothies with protein? There's quite a few varieties available these days at the grocers.

Go to the grocery store and explore the aisles. Make an adventure out of it and try a bunch of new things. :)

    Do you have an injury?

This is temporary right? If it's permanent this is probably something that your doctor would be helping you with.

Otherwise smoothies, higher calorie soups/ice cream, mass gainer shakes, full fat yogurt, you might be able to handle scrambled eggs (mash wtih your fork once cooked to make them easier to eat?) and mashed potatoes. Hot chocolate, milk, alcohol..

All the shops here are closed now so cant get any protein drinks. Iv tried smoothies but the "Bits" get stuck on my tounge and cant actualy eat it. Iv been doing slimfast because at least its somewhat better than chugging ice cream :)

have you tried making smoothies with different fruit? I'm thinking peeled apples (any apple sauce on hand?), bananas, anything that you can peel the skin from and that will basically puree.

I still recommend hot chocolate if you have cocoa and milk. Can spike it as well ;)

Do the stores around you sell Ensure? I think that was designed more for nutrition support than the diet shakes.

    Scrambled eggs, puddings, milk shakes.

Do you have a good blender/food processor? I work with people who require modified diets due to chewing/swallowing issues, and you can puree lots of foods. Cook some pumpkin and sweet potato with lentils or cooked chicken and chuck it in the blender with whatever spices you like. Otherwise you can try mashed avocado, cream cheese, soft scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes, any soft mashed veggies.
