welcome nicoleg29. Hopefully keeping up with daily logs on the site will be part of your success. Do you have goals yout trying to achieve. The key is being reasonable with targets and setting new ones when you achieve each one until your no longer doing it for a number. That's when you turn the corner and your lifestyle has changed.
