I'm a long-time member of My Fitness Pal but this is my first time on the forums so I wanted to introduce myself! I love this app and use it as much as I can. To be honest, in the past, I would go off and on using this post. Sometimes I would use it everyday and then I would take long breaks in between and then finally come back to it. But starting this year, I've been going on streaks and the longest has been the 10 day streak. I hope to go longer! Anyway, I would love to meet new people on here and would be interested to know how you guys use the program and if it has really helped a great deal or not. Please let me know! Enjoy!
