Hello, I'm a 26 yr old female looking to drop 60 pounds. Any suggestions on what type of exercise I should focus on? Should I just do massive amounts of cardio?

So far I've lost 22 lbs from eating around 1530 calories and walking. I walk around 30-40 minutes 3-5 days a week.0

Thanks for the info. I just started doing 1200 calories per day. And I'm doing some eliptical and treadmill workouts at the gym burning around 500 calories. Just wanted to make sure I'm doing enough.0

hi justine_grimm,
Welcome. Your here and you have a goal, both positives. The app will help you understand the benefits of healthy foods and and more activity. I don't know your start weight or current activity level so I can only make assumptions. Walking, low impact, stationary bike elliptical machine, swimming. Weights, weight training and variations of the types of exercise you do will get you the best results. Start slow and gradually build your endurance. I've lost 4 lbs in the past 7 days. My goal is to lose another 15lbs and possibly more when I get there. I'm trying not to focus on a number rather what I need to change and do daily to feel better, fitter and stronger. If you want to add me as a friend for mutual motivational positive inspiration please do. Your her and on the right track:-)0
