New here...looking to lose 45 lbs and get back to where I was

Hello!
I'm a 26 yo F 5'6" ~165 lbs and looking to get back to where I was at ~120-125 lbs
Really fell off the wagon of healthy eating and exercising. Now I am ready to get back to being the healthiest me I can be. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

In case anyone is interested I'm planning to stick to ~1500 calories per day, do 60 mins of cardio 5 days a week and add a weight routine in 3 days a week.

Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated!
