Getting back on track!

I haven't just had a cheat day, I had a cheat 3 days!!

I'm ok with the food I have consumed I know I can burn that off. But I spent the whole weekend smoking when I have quit now for over 12 months. I also drank a bottle of wine (low alcohol) when I have been sober for 2 months - a promise I made to myself and my family.

What am I doing?? How can I give myself a kick up the *kitten* and get back on track??

I am really stressed that I am going down "that" road again when I have worked so hard to be happy and healthy!!

IS there something that triggered all this or it was out of nowhere?
  • Nothing that stands out in my mind. Just the usual things most families deal with, money family stress.

You have to want this and you have to do this. Make a decision, pull your bootstraps up and get to it!
  • Thank you. I think that's what I needed to hear. Time to just get back to it and refocus!
