I haven't just had a cheat day, I had a cheat 3 days!!
I'm ok with the food I have consumed I know I can burn that off. But I spent the whole weekend smoking when I have quit now for over 12 months. I also drank a bottle of wine (low alcohol) when I have been sober for 2 months - a promise I made to myself and my family.
What am I doing?? How can I give myself a kick up the *kitten* and get back on track??
I am really stressed that I am going down "that" road again when I have worked so hard to be happy and healthy!!

IS there something that triggered all this or it was out of nowhere?0

Nothing that stands out in my mind. Just the usual things most families deal with, money family stress.0

You have to want this and you have to do this. Make a decision, pull your bootstraps up and get to it!0

Thank you. I think that's what I needed to hear. Time to just get back to it and refocus!0
