Hi. I am Cindy I have only lost 20 pounds so far but I have also only been on here for a month. I kind of want to start helping people like a coach would. I don't want to tell you what to eat because all foods have different effects on people. But I can try to coach you in anyway you want. You can add me or ask me to add you and I will! Don't be afraid to ask for motivation or questions about weight loss I will try my best to answer the best way possible.

    Hello, I just started a few days ago with the recommendation of a friend. I love the app so far but would appreciate some more feedback and experience that could help me kick start any weight loss. I lost about 65 pounds but plateaued a year ago. I've been working out regularly for almost a month and eating healthy but have only lost a pound or two all month. I'm hoping this app helps. Feel free to add me:)
