Let's help each other out on this one.
I'm in the u.k it's past midnight, been in the kitchen pouring beer & making wings for my man & being tempted by dips and tortilla chips & I'm sure I'm not alone.

So who fell off the wagon, who enjoyed falling off the wagon & who's regretting that last buffalo wing.

Put down what food(s) / alcohol tempted you the most & the person bellow gets to choose and exercise or food you should eat in the next couple of days to get on track.

Honesty will help, so if those chips were covered in salsa & melted cheese say so.

My temptation was rum & coke & a kitkat.
