Hey all! I just started this and keeping up with thr calorie count is so frikken hard! S. O. S :") motivational words of wisdom would be just swell!

    it is hard when u start out to count calories, but as time goes on u will find it isn't necessary, u will go for the good foods because u know what to go for. Is it worth it? I have always been heavy. My doc put me on this in may. I still have more wait to lose, but right now I have lost 44 pounds, my pants have gone from a 24 to a 16, u tell me. It really teaches more healthy choices than diet choices. Hang in there it gets easier and it is worth it.

    I'm part of a challenge group that helps you focus on this daily....
    It's called the Keeping It Green Challenge (so you have calories left at the end of the day)

    It's a great group - monthly challenge, but many people stick around month after month.
