too many snax?

I'm staying within my calorie limit but I am still eating more junk than I would like. Cheetos and pudding are usually logged more than once a day. Guess it takes a while to break old habits. Hope it doesn't hinder my weight loss.

You will be fine staying in your limits. I have two or three snacks a day. Maybe change up your choices once in a while. If you like smooth and creamy try a yogurt cup instead. Cheetos is for the salt hit. Have you tried the 100 calorie snack bags?0

As long as you are accurately logging & staying within your limit, I say snack away! If it makes you feel "ugh", try different types of snacks....yogurt, an apple, some almonds (yum!), the possibilities are endless!0

If I could have found a home made replacement for Cheetos I would have suggested that. Moon Cheese is super yummy too. New product.0
