Looking for a buddy

Hello! I found your post intriguing. I will be turning 50 next January, and I am determined to look my best for this milestone celebration, and beyond. I've been relatively thin all my life, however, woke up one day to discover that I had gained 30 additional pounds. When I was in my 20s and 30s, I could skip a meal or two, and immediately the weight would just fall off. Today, I am looking to develop new habits and reinforce the good stuff that I've learned thus far. I understand that this is a life style change and at this point, I am looking to find energized, positive and supportive folks willing to share insight into their weightloss journey. Love to hear back. We can, and will do this!
