fitbit, mfp, i'm confused.

bear with me here a minute.

i just bought a fitbit charge HR today.

i installed the app on my computer so the fitbit is talking to my computer. it is also talking to my tablet.

i have no idea how to get it to talk to MFP. i went to the app section and downloaded the app and.... it says i downloaded it. it says nothing else. i have no reason to believe the fitbit is talking to MFP at all.

can someone walk me through it step by step - as if i was a 6 year old?

    On MFP, go to Apps and choose to connect your Fitbit account. :) Good luck! I've had a Fitbit forever (originally the one before the One, then the One, then the Flex, and I just got my Charge HR last night).

    I dont know anything about this but I do know others are having the same issue as you so it may be a MFP issue

    i did all that and i'm not entirely sure it's working. i THINK it is now.. not sure.

    also, does anyone else's fitbit show a vastly different HR compared to a cardio machine? my fitbit seems to think i wasn't working very hard.
