Hi, I started recently with my Garmin Vivofit and love the challenges there, now I've started to use this Food Diary it is a great tool for tracking what you put in versus expend.

Love the fact that if you have had something not on your recommended list, you can work it off! This is far better than just reducing intake kind of dieting, and I'm happy with the 5.4kgs lost so far.
