Hello all!!! Welp, I am not actually new...But I am just now actively participating on MFP. My goal is to lose 50 pounds through a change in my food choices, cardio, and strength training. I will be getting married in December so I may or may not lose that amount of weight by then. If not, Oh well...at least I will be healthier than I am now.

I am looking for friends who will be active on MFP or those who are in my position. I said YES to the dress yesterday but it was in a size I was not proud of at all. If you are motivational or if you are going through a similar struggle feel free to Friend me!!!!!

    Hello! I am getting married this May and I would like to lose 30 lbs (I already lost 20 lbs too!) so I guess we have a similar goal. My workout plan is similar to yours, it involves cardio, strength training, and running 5-6 days of week. I do struggle with eating out and being tired because I am a full time graduate student and I also work. I have a fitbit for my workout and I log my food through MFP. I would love to be your friend! :D
