just got back into body building need advice from other body builders

Hi just started body building again been a few years since I stoppes and before that I did it for 6 months training inarmy gym within those 6 months I was lifting alot heavier weights then the soldiers were able and wanna get big in muscle again but quick as possible butdefinition aswell and needs to be legal for me as II'm trying to get in police and army. I need to know best foods to eat, diets, best supplements to take amd stuff.
I currently do 4 nights a week in army gym for about a hour or two each night, doing cardio training every day in the morning, doing dumbbell lifts and benchpress at home and going to my other gym for a couple hours every day if possible. Cheers
