Hi MFP community,
I have been a long time member, but I'm just now posting because I need help!
I am a 25 year old woman with PCOS, 5'3" tall and 185. In 2013 I successfully went from 210 to 173, however I then started a doctoral program which I have allowed to consume my life.
My goal is to drop to 135. This is especially important to me as my husband and I are hoping to start a family in the next 2 years, however I refuse to try to get pregnant without first being at a healthy weight. Women with PCOS know that it is actually really tough to get pregnant anyway, and being obese makes it that much more difficult.
What do you all recommend for success? Any suggestions or discussion is welcome and appreciated.
