Have you set yourself SMART targets?
I'll show you mine if you show me yours!
60 days: 30 May-31July
Exercise every day for approx. one hour
Eat clean, log calories and stay within calorie goals
Reduce BMI from 24.5 to 21
Reduce fat% from 31.4% to 25% (do you think this is realistic in 60 days?)
Reduce weight from 140lbs to 126lbs (I am 5 foot 3.5 inches)

All your goals/targets seem possible to me, especially the body fat one it can be done.
I've just started training for my first Marathon in October and I want to achieve the following by September 1st.
Reduce body fat % from 11.2 to about 8 (new scales not sure how accurate but per them)
Hover around 150 - 160lbs
Run at least 25miles a week
Max run of 20miles
Average a speed of 7min 40seconds per mile
Eat sensibly but don't deprive myself
Eat more carbs.0 -
I've really been struggling and fell off the wagon for a week. So this week i'm going to start small and try and get my overweight *kitten* back on that damn wagon!
So this week my goal is to eat clean, log in every day, and burn 1000 calories in exercise. Then next week i'll up it.0 -
i dont set myself date targets because i have insulin resistance and hashimoto's thyroiditis so my weight jumps all over the place and i have 1-2 weeks where i dont lose anything and it even goes up.
But i work by 10 kg (around 22 lbs) goals then the number seems much smaller. I only have to lose 9 kg! (really its 60 but shhh)0 -

Super strict goals but if you are determined to conquer these goals in 60 days, you can do it. I ain't hatin' just "eat perfect, work out everyday" is shooting for the moon! YOU BETTER KICK SOME *kitten*! (I'm down)
Edit* Typo0 -
The exercising everyday could be cut down to say 5times a week, you're body needs time to rest or mix it up so you're not doing the same for the week.0
