Gained back the 2.2 pounds I lost last week... So frustrating!! Here's to trying again.

Weight loss is not linear. I understand the frustration but you have to stay consistent, log carefully, use a food scale and be careful with calorie burns in MFP. The calorie burns are often overstated. Hang in there!!0

Weight fluctuates, it is normal. Don't get discouraged.
I got fat over a period of years, I don't expect to get thin overnight, it isn't realistic.
