1) What are you using to determine "good balance" in this context? For example, many people who have some trouble fiddling with those settings do so because they're viewing those macronutrient requirements in grams, rather than percentages of their overall calories. What are you macronutrient goals?
2) If you're not sure what your macronutrient goals should be, do you have any preferences? Do any of your activities benefit from emphasizing one macro or another?
If you're just looking for a starting place and don't have any answers to those questions, 40% carb, 30% fat, 30% protein might be ok--it kind of depends on what your daily calorie goal looks like.0 -
Cal goal is 1800. Trying to reduce sugar and carbs and exercise every day0
