i need some support!! I have a 3 yo and a 5 month old. Really trying to loose baby weight by summer. It doesn't help that my 3 yo grabs me by the leg and says "mommy, please don't go to gym on Saturday morning, and when I get back the 5 month old hold me so tight it is like i left her for two years instead of two hours. I feel so guilty, but I am doing this for them too. Then when I dont get a work out that day and they start that crying, I am wishing just to go somewhere and blow off steam. I know that you are out there some advice please!!
Also any advice on meals. I am really trying to cook and eat healthy, but i have a 3 yo where chicken nuggets and chocolate milk is fine dining. Any suggestions on kid friendly healthy meals
