14 pounds down after pregnancy (with pics)

Yay,

here's the update on my weight loss. I do that every so often because it really keeps me motivated! :D
It's so cool to see that eating healthy and exercising works, I lost 14 pounds in about 3 months (started about 6 weeks post partum)!
I slack of a lot, have days when I overeat terribly but as long as you get back on track and keep working out, it's not a big deal at all. The important thing is that you're consistent and never give up because you had a hard time eating clean for a couple of days.

Boom. That's the whole "secret".

Still have a lot to lose but I am getting there!
