Strawberries and other berries, vanilla soya yogurt (or greek) and a drizzle of raw honey.
Home made granola. (I make mine without oats so it's quite high in fat and protein)
Or combine it all, however the top one is lower in calories so you can have a larger serving.0 -
1 banana, 2 eggs, one scoop protein powder of ur choice, some baking powder and maybe cinnamon. Bake in the oven in a muffin tray at 375 untill they're done (about 15 mins). I like to eat some with yogurt and fruit

I also love making french toast. I use 3 slices of 45cal Sara Lee bread, 40g egg whites per slice, soak the bread, sprinkle with vanilla powder and cinnamon, spray pan and fry like u would regular french toast. Great with fruit, peanut butter, yogurt, nuts, syrup, whipped cream or whatever else u feel like

those look super, duper, lights are gonna find me. Can you explain how to make those muffins? Just smash it all togeher and bake? Do you think I could just spare the protein powder... or would I have to replace it?

Yeh, just mash it all. I think it would work without the protein powder too.0

I made morning glory muffins yesterday...they have carrots, banana, raisins, and oats, so that gives you a pretty nutrient dense muffin. I used this recipe, and substituted regular flour for whole wheat flour: http://www.marthastewart.com/339779/healthy-morning-muffins
They ended up being about 177 calories each.
Next time I'm going to use unpacked brown sugar because it got very clumpy when I packed it and mixed it with the flour, and I had to sift it. Also, I'm thinking of adding some finely chopped apples and 1/3 cup of either pumpkin purée or unsweetened applesauce - the muffins ended up slightly dry, so this will probably help.
