Hi,
Had a baby in December and motivation is a big fail! Have just started jillian micheals 30 day shred am on day 3 walk about two hours a day out with the pushchair any food advice would be great! I feel that's where I must be failing!

  • Just log everything you eat and drink, weigh, measure everything that goes in your mouth. Don't presume you need to eat 1200 cals a day because thats what MFP puts you on. That's not including exercise calories, and is only really suitable for very sedentary people with large fat reserves IMO. Google your TDEE and minus 20%, use this figure for weight loss, rather than MFP figures.
