The scale just won't budge

I read an earlier post that said you can gain water in the first few weeks so I'm not sure if its that. I think maybe going back yo a high protein diet and getting carbs from veg may be a better bet. The starvation mode thing I think is to do with your metabolism slowing down so your body stores more fat instead of using Whitaker it has. The old adage of 'Eat less, move more' is not working for me! Lol!0

Jillian Michaels does have lots if jumping in it but you can do the modified moves which take out the jumping. Hope it helps0
