Hello everyone. I am looking for some help on protein powders or shake mixes. Seems whey protein mixes do not agree with my tummy. Any other suggestions? Thanks!!

There's lots. Soy protein, pea protein, spirutein. And that's just to get started.0

I've been using an unsweetened vanilla soy protein powder from Earth Fare. 20 grams protein/100 calories. It's higher in protein than any of the other plant based powders I have tried an It's easy on the wallet too. It mixes well and has a mild flavor, it's not gritty like hemp.0

Try rice for tummy issues. I had the same issue and that took care of it. The company I use does custom blends so I use rice, a tiny bit of casein and sweet potato.0
