Yesterday i completed my first running race (Half Marathon). Done in 1:57:54 which i was happy to come under 2 hours.
I was following a training programme for this but i am now lost as to where i should go from here.
Do i find another programme and do that? I have got another race in a months time but its only a 5km mud run.
Would love to hear what others have done after their races. DId you sign up for another one? Keep running a few days a week? Never done it again?

Continue to run between 50% and 80% of the mileage that you ran during your biggest week of training for the race. Mix in some tempo running once a week and some strides once per week.0
