I'm still here!! I logged 5 more miles this week. Eh...not so good but the heat has been TERRIBLE! Only 99 today with a heat index of 114!! Love the new pedometer for my phone and have been tracking whenever and wherever I go. I may not make the 100 mark but I sure am gonna try! Have a great weekend everyone!0

I hope you all are doing great this weekend. I'm currently on the way home from the Ozarks, truck full of guys wanting snacks of all sorts. Didn't get any walking in this weekend, on the boat pretty much the whole time. Gonna get in a walk this evening. Hoping to get 20miles in this week. I start week8 of couch to 5k which is 28min jogs so hopefully I can get at least 2.5 on each one of those days. have a good evening and I will see ya throughout the week.

I'm in! This sounds like a perfect challenge for me! I'll post my mileage every Sunday. Today will be my day one of the 100 mile challenge. I'm challenging myself to walk/run at least three miles five times this week.0

Welcome aboard!I've found it challenging because of the heat but try to get some sort of walking in daily even if it is only here in the house and jogging in place! Good luck!

Good mornin all!! And welcome firemama!! Glad to see a new face around here!! Not that I don't like the old ones :P This week is showing storms (like a bad one headed my way) but I plan on doing a walk at home video and it's in 3, 4, or 5mile ranges, not sure how really acurrate it is when it claims mile 3 is done after 38 min, so I may not log those 'miles' walked. Enjoy your week all and I'll 'see ya around the block'

Great job Lori!!!! Rock on! I will have my stats later after my evening walk. Last week was cut short for me as I went out of town, so I'm hoping I have gone a little farther than last week. I believe we only have like 6 1/2weeks to go!! We can do this!!0

Added another 8.5 this week and I am over half way there! Yay! And that was with a bum knee that the doc said to baby!! Woot! I think it may be more than that but, for some reason, the GPS on my phone told me that I had walked 16,543 miles in one day...I think it lied! I walked a little farther than usual but only used the 2 mile mark I was previously using. So...for a total of 52.6 and get my butt in gear and TRY like crazy to go over the 100 mile mark by the end date!

Don't want to threadjeack but I started a Challenge over in the Fitness area called "Walking/Running Challege" where we set our own monthly goals and track as a group as well. The group is shooting for 2000 miles all together in August. We'd love to have you over there!0
