when exercising should i eat back the calories mfp gives me after logging a workout ?

If you're using MFP the way it was intended, using MFP calorie goal and accurately logging your workout calories then yes.
If you've calculated your TDEE and are using that calorie goal then no.
If you're using MFP numbers for your calorie burn you may want to just eat some of them back as they're notorious for being high.0 -
I'd go for around 50% of them (if MFP set your calorie goal for you). MFP tends to estimate pretty high on calorie burns.0

I'm just using mfp ...entered my goals etc and it gave me my allowance ..I sometimes eat none of them back but sometimes I do wasn't sure what was the right thing to do0
