I am in my early 20s and have successfully used My Fitness Pal before, but have fallen wayyy off the wagon. I have rejoined and am starting my journey back to a healthy me today :) I hope to reach my -34 lb goal (with a little tone!) by this time next year, I am not going to rush myself this time but just keep truckin' to hopefully create better habits rather than quick fix my way to "skinny". good luck to all the newbies like me, and to all the seasoned users! <3
