Hey everyone! This is my third attempt at dieting! I am really not happy with my weight and I have not been successful at sticking to a diet, but third time lucky!

I'm only 4ft11 so my recommended daily calorie allowance is very low! I find it difficult to eat so little calories when I love food so much!!

I've managed to get myself down to 1200 calories a day, and I attend the gym, but unfortunately all I have managed to loose is 3 pounds in 2 months. I am really disappointed by this, as I really am trying hard and 3 pounds is nothing, but I'm going to carry on!
