Alright folks.
Tonight marks my final work-out of Insanity - The Asylum.
For the last few months I've done Insanity, then moved onto the Asylum.
Now that it's done have the Rushfit program lined up to go after a few days rest.
Has anyone done this progam?
Any advice or tips on how to keep it running smoothly.
Something the Ads don't tell you....like with Insanity " in under 45 minutes a day " - um no, only for the first month and even then you spend an extra 15 minutes sweating before you can shower.
Any little tips or general opinions of the plan will be appreciated.

I did Insanity for a couple of weeks until my knees started hurting from all the jumping so I switched to Rushfit - Using my HRM I did burn about the same number of calories per workout as with the first month Insanity workouts. Because of the weights it is a slightly different type of intensity but still pretty instense.
My only problem with Rushfit is than it uses the same warmup and cooldown for all the workouts which gets a little old once you are in the second month. The nice thing is the workouts are truely different while I thought all the Insanity workouts felt very similar...0 -
Yeah, I had a quick scan through the vids and noticed the warm ups were all the same - the attire gave it away.
I really enjoyed insanity but missed lifting weights, so I'm looking forward to getting to grips with this.
Pleasantly surprised that the burns worked out fairly similar.
Space wise etc did you find it quite manageable?
I notice they had a selection of dumbels in front of them - did you find tha was necessary or was it really just to show modified versions of moves etc?0 -
You need less space than for Insanity with The Fight Workout needing the most space... I tended to use one weight smaller than GSP which was normally 15 or 20 lb dumbells and 30s on the Plyo workout but I already had those around. It is designed to not need really big weights since most everything is by time and not reps...0
