hello! I've started to journalize my food intake! I came back from London in August ten pounds heavier and it has been a bear to take off! Lots of life changes going on: just graduated from college, on job search, broke up with boyfriend before London, etc etc. Today is first day journalizing and I've done well!

You can do it! I've been going for a month now & have lost 10lbs. Keep up the journaling, it does help.0
