Just starting looking for support

I'm Jen. I have used this app in the past to track food. I am back after a postpartum weight gain reaching 230lbs two years after my son was born. I can't shake my baby weight but to be honest I have always struggled with food and body image. I want to make a lifestyle change. I know that slow and steady is better than a quick fix but I have found it difficult to stay motivated when results are so slow. I'd love to find some support in this community. I'd also love to hear success stories or tips and advice or hear from someone in my boat so we can motivate each other. Please say hi:)
