If there was ever a day for "stress eating"

I've had it!!!! Cleaned off my car standing in a few inches of slush, didn't leave enough time so was late to work (in a hospital, pharmacist in a Pediatric ICU), got jumped on as soon as I walked in with " my drips are dry, I need new ones 20 minutes ago", dealing with one critical patient after another, took a 15 minute lunch break & then, to top it off, have to work 2nd shift b/c my coverage was snowed in!!! The doctors actually ordered food in, including yummy looking cookies, but I ate my planned lunch & dinner (brought extra food today, had a feeling I might be staying). Did have a bag of chips with my dinner, but still under my calories for the day!!
I think the main reason I didn't indulge (with all the different cookies calling to me!) was that I was just too darn busy!! But I'm still proud of myself.

Good for you!! You took responsibility by pre-planning and you followed through with it!! Keep it up!! WTG!

Good on you! Nothing like "one of those days" to cause you to overindulge, but it looks like a bit of forward planning has helped beat it today

You should be proud of yourself! Days like that are the worst and so easy to be tempted. Good job!
