Hey guys! I joined along time ago but never committed, or really even got a start. But I'm back now! 22 pounds heavier and lookig for some motivational people. My goal is to get in shape to be and feel more healthy. Also, losing a couple pounds and getting in shape can sure help a girl feel more confident in her own skin. (I'm not interested in becoming a twig, I just want to be in overall better condition. Muscles are good, healthy food is good(lots of nutrients) and Etc. ) so of your in the same boat as me and / or looking for encouragement or are an encouraging person yourself..
