Need to lose weight

I am new to this and I am not an avid workout person. I have many medical issues that have caused me to gain this weight and it has cause even more health issues. The worst being depressed. I have never been this overweight and I fill very uncomfortable in my own skin. I don't even want my husband touching me because I feel disgusting to myself. I am Hoping that I can manage this and lose the weight and be healthy for my family and myselfxlm0cepa7vh8.jpg

    I am also not an avid workout person & my knees are not good. However given that, I do try to get in a 20 minute walk daily. I have been searching low calorie foods. This site is great for helping with the counting of the calories.
    Personally, I will make up a dish for 8 servings and eat the same this for 1 week. By friday it is old news, but it is helping me stay within my own limits.
    I just started on 1/5 and have lost 11 lbs--I will only weigh myself every other week.
    I have goals, and wrote them down. For every 5 lbs lost, I get to do something fun--like take a picnic, or see a show--the 1st 5 lbs was to go bowling.
    I am trying to make this fun, else I know me & I will not stick to it.
