So the shoes I have been wearing for working out are hurting the arches in my feet. They really aren't for running, exercise, etc. My question is, what kind of shoes are best for that? I also have problems with heel spurs, so I need some comfortable shoes. The pair I have now I bought about 5 years ago! Any help is appreciated!!

You're supposed to replace your shoes every 400 miles. They are like tires, and if you wear then down real thin, you'll get a flat (or pain). I wear Reebok EasyTone for walking everywhere, and I use them while I use the stationary bike and sometimes the elliptical. They don't bother me. They aren't running shoes though, because they are made for walking. Running shoes are tricky, and you have to try them on. And a really good pair is going to set you back at least $75. I wear Reebok Zigs, and they cost me $107. I love running in them, completely painless. I don't know how I didn't discover them sooner! Hope this helped.0

go to a shoe store/running store that will perfesionaly fit your feet. they will find the right shoes for your arch , stride, and roll.
it will make a world of difference wether you walk or run.0
