Hiya I'm Holly from UK I have been on this site a while but going to become more active again its time to get serious with my weightloss,
This time last year i weighed only 9st 5 (my hieght is only 5ft 2 so still not very skinny but a healthy weight!)
I was so much happier with my body and was so confident i did wanna lose a few more pounds but it wasnt mega important! Anyways i got with someone new and we havn't eaten very healthy at all! we spend alot of time together and both worked late we got alot of take aways and were eating so bad (i know i have no excuse and i know exactley why i'v put on weight i'm not in denial about any of that lol!)
And i am in a job were i'm sitting down all day some times for a whole 12.5 hour shift which also doesn't help! So now i am 11st 4 i'm so so ashamed with myself i struggle to fit into size 14 trousers when i could fit into a size 8 this time last year!!!! (most of my weight goes on my bum hips and belly!!) This is the biggest i have ever ever been i'v never got bigger than a sze 12 before now!
Anyways i really would love to hear any tips advice on how people stay on track and don't give in and what works i have tried slimming world and i did quite like it but i think i was too strict on what i was eating so after a week i got bored and just ate crap!
I do think slimming world is a good plan though what about other diets people have tried i'm desperate to lose it i do have a cross trainer which i can use on my days off! And I will also be starting a new job in a couple of weeks which is alot more active than my job now!
