OK so I'm 20 and am 5 feet 5 inches I weigh 145 on a heavy day but want to get down to 115 to 125 and need some advice on best ways to get motivation on getting in shape or have a good workout plan I struggle to eat even 1000 calories sometimes I need help making sure I eat enough to if anyone has advice please let me know!
