Hi all
new to the forum, and reasonably new to MyFitnessPal. Had been going to a diet class for a few weeks, but that's been cancelled, so left in the big bad world to fend for myself :-/ haha!
hoping to lose 34 pounds! EEK!!! to get me back to where i was a couple of years ago. dont like fad diets and minimal calories - i'm normally pretty active, so i need enough energy from my food to keep me going.
suffered an injury and have recently moved house and job, so exercise has not been at the forefront of my mind. have started attending a cycling club, and started time trialling every Tuesday, so hope that helps.
Ideally, i'd like to lose 1.5 stone by middle July (not sure how realistic that will be) as we are heading for our holidays and i need to fit into my wetsuit!!! :-D
