If you have alot to lose maybe say 50-100+ lbs. 2 lbs. a week is a pretty good goal when you do your settings for MFP. So if you figure it by that. Though that's not going to happen each and every week as time goes on, the begining the weight will come off a bit more quickly as some of it is water weight. Sometimes you get stuck at the same point for a bit of time so you also need to take that into account.
The first 1/2 of your goals you've got in your sigline look do-able if all goes as planned. The last 3 or so might be asking alot of your body. For someone losing the last 10-20 lbs it may take any amount of time 3- 9 months as our body wants to hang onto it as we get lower in weight.
But for now your goals look good:flowerforyou:

I just figured up if I lose 2 lbs. per week what date would I be below one of my goal weights and used that date. And I am just aware that I will probably have to adjust this as time goes on or adjust what I'm doing if I'm not getting there as fast as I want. But I want this to be a lifestyle change so I'll probably end up adjusting my goals more than adding crazy workouts. So far I'm on week 3 and the first week I lost 2.4 lbs but the second I only lost .6 so we'll see how this week goes. As of yesterday I will have to lose 3 lbs by next Wed. to reach my second goal on here. Probably not going to happen but I'll see how close I can get. If I reach it by the following weekend I'll be happy and adjust from there. It's pretty much a guessing game but you can use it as motivation as long as you are flexible and don't beat yourself up if you miss a goal by a little.0
