I started using MFP a few years ago but this is the first time I've ever posted in the community. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago but have put a lot on over the last year while I was pregnant. I had my baby in September last year and have since lost 2 stone/28lb.
I'm eating healthily, tracking everything and am also doing the C25K. It was brilliant last time round, and I really enjoy it.
I do have a lot to lose because I used pregnancy as an excuse to eat all of the ice cream. I want to feel confident again, because at the moment I do everything I can to not be noticed.

I've lost 3 stone but after being diagnosed with BWD I have to be careful as I don't see what others see & feel guilty for eating so going this app will help me not feel guilty about eating0
